We may have things to reckon with, things that we don’t necessarily want to rake over in therapy but we do want to look at, and integrate into our story and the future we are dreaming up and creating.
Science
An inventory - what is it you actually need, have and require right now. Think taxes, laws, visas, contracts, housing, finances, medical, actual real-world, consensus-reality matters. You maybe underestimated or over-estimated your financial situation, have a pleasant surprise in your contract or be able to put to bed a health concern through a simple booking of a doctor’s appointment.

Your mindset, exploration of values and beliefs and uncovering of possibilities. What are your preferences? What is your capacity? Is there an intervention that might provide relief or some kind of enhancement? Could we question your current beliefs and assumptions and uncover new possibilities and potential in there? Once we establish your reality and resources, we also want to explore where your impetus emerged from…the essence
