The Japan Times: Managing eating disorders and mental health during COVID-19

I was in The Japan Times at the weekend! You can read it here.

This is a very important conversation about how we treat our bodies during COVID-19 from a psychological perspective, and I was honoured to be invited, alongside the Clinical Director of TELL, Bill Clearly and Aya Nishizono-Maher, an adviser at the Japan Association for Eating Disorders (JEAD) and professor at Meiji Gakuin University.

It’s so important for us to be in harmony with and to love on our bodies - at the best of times. They are OUR BODIES. Love on them, tell great stories about them, tell great stories about each other and look at ourselves with soft, caring loving eyes.
