Thank you from SFC

It was AMAZING to see you many of you at the SFC Ten Year Anniversary at the weekend, and WOW!!! what a party that was! It was so magical and special and deliciously joyful to celebrate all that you and we have accomplished in the last ten years. Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU! to all my clients, colleagues, collaborators, and friends who were able to share this momentous landmark with me. The potent magic was flowing that night!

So, what now? What next? What have I been dreaming up for the next ten years…

Of course, coaching will always ALWAYS be at the heart of what I do, but after watching and helping clients discover their creative potential over the years, seeing them publish books, watching them sell their art, I started to feel something, started to hear that fierce, gentle voice inviting me to return to my creative well-spring. I found myself thinking - you’re stewarding people towards what you want to do ...

The conversation on the Legend’s podcast with the incredible Angela Ortiz Pettas also reminded me of my younger self, making the best decisions I could with the confidence I had, but moving away from that true voice. I tell this story in the podcast, a VERY VERY LOUD VOICE at the age of 17 saying RETURN TO CREATIVE WORK, then ignoring it to become a doctor (Spoiler alert - I didn’t become a doctor).

And then there was the Eureka! moment when Angela and I were in one of our marketing strategy meetings, and she said, SFC can mean Super F•••ing Creative! And I was like … oh YEAH!

AND there was the ever-widening circle of Super Creatives in my life, all weaving their magic together. AND the clothes swaps. AND the love for poetry. AND the love of collecting art and beautiful things. AND all the amazing creative legends I’ve interviewed on the Legends podcasts. AND my love of stories. AND Business. AND Entrepreneurship. AND commerce. AND of course coaching. AND it was from out of all this juicy creative stuff that an exciting new creative collaborative branch of my business - SF Creative - was born.

SF Creative is ripe with potential for all kinds of ventures for myself and my clients (Oh and if you think the executive and corporate world doesn’t require deeply creative thinking - I sincerely wish you could sit on on my calls!). It’s the deliberate creation of a space for us to explore and expand our creative and collaborative potential. My strategy – Does it feel good? Let’s see what potent magic we can weave together. Let’s attract and allow the creativity to flow. Let’s look for depth and breadth in all we create.

Oh, my loves, it is so thrilling to be standing here with you at this exciting time, and I just can’t wait to see what amazing cool things we are going to create in the next ten years.
